Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

We ship worldwide, with all orders originating from our location in Latvia. Please note that international shipping might incur customs duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

HARTIG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (customs duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Lost Items

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns and Refunds Related to Shipping

Shipping charges incurred for the return of a product are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
